Scrubbers

Fresh air

Scrubbers are used in exhaust ventilation systems for so-called “wet” purification of air. The general principle is as follows: the polluted air passes at high speed through sprayed water, drops of liquid connect to dust particles, and then are caught by scrubber. There are several types of scrubbers:

– rotary (centrifugal force makes liquid drops settle on walls and flow down into a special container);

– foamy (flow passes through special foam);

– nozzle (flow is supplied with water spray);

– Venturi scrubber (air and liquid mix passes with high speed through the narrowing scrubber. Drops settle on the case and flow down).

For maximum cleaning several scrubbers can be installed. The efficiency of these scrubbers can reach up to 99%.
